Sample Prep
BI-209
The Proteome Exploration Laboratory has a dedicated sample preparation room that the staff and collaborators utilize to either stage samples for immediate LC-MS analysis or work through a series of established protocols to prepare the samples for analysis. We work with researchers both on and off campus, providing expert guidance and hands-on services for LC-MS analysis. BI-209 is equipped with a laminar flow hood, CentriVap lyophilizer system, and two Agilent 1100/1200 HPLC systems used for offline peptide/protein desalting and fractionation.
